This window sash balance is constructed from steel. It features coil spring retraction and aircraft cable lifters. This type of sash balance replaces Duplex, Superior, Preset and Fabco.

- 10 Pound counter balance per cable
- All steel construction coil spring retraction
- Two steel cables, one for upper sash and one for lower
- For replacement of existing balance or to retrofit old style pulley and weight
- Use either one or two balances per window, 2 each #10 balances for a 20 pound sash

Payment Information
Dust or wipe clean with a cloth dampened with water once a week. Be sure not to leave water spots on the surface. These water spots will dry and could possibly leave permanent marks.
Clean stains/spots using the following steps: Dampen a soft cloth with a mixture of hot water and liquid dishwashing detergent. Wring the cloth as much as possible to remove excess liquid. Rub the surface lightly in a circular motion. Dry the surface immediately with a clean, soft towel.
